How does the process work?

Contact me.

We’ll talk about your property size and what you are looking to build on it. I’ll get your APN number and or address. From there, I’ll give you an estimated time frame and cost to complete your project and we’ll go from there. I’m looking forward to helping you get this important step accomplished!

How long does it take to get my site plan?

After your payment has been made, the plans can be completed usually within a week (and many times a few days).

What happens if I need to make changes?

One of the best reasons to work with me is that once I have your design on file, I can generally make small changes quickly and at no additional cost.

How do I receive my plan?

I’ll email you a PDF document with the drawing as most County Examiners offices, septic system designers, builders, solar designers, electricians etc work well with or use this format.

What forms of payment will you accept?

All major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash.
