Hi, my name is Dan Marazon. I’m a local Arizona site plan designer located in Coconino County. I’ve spent many years doing digital design work for companies and private clients. When I first purchased my property, I was highly motivated to get started. I just decided to go ahead and start building. Big mistake. I found out that this was the wrong approach. Code Enforcement came by for a visit “instructing me” that I needed a permit. This process ended up costing me thousands of dollars more than if I would have started with a plan submitted to the County first. After that enormous challenge, I’ve decided to use my talents to help others get through the lengthy process of legally building and living on their land.
